To assist people with MS in maintaining their independence, this program provides assistance with durable medical equipment, cooling devices, and home and auto modifications.

Transportation
Assistance with transportation to doctor's appointments and Chapter programs and services.

Home Care/Respite Care
Short-term home health and/or homemaker services for people with MS and their caregivers with limited resources.
