Rides can be arranged to transport you to medical appointments or to assist in accessing other community agency services, when other transportation is not available. Please see the information below to determine if you are eligible for this program.

Program Criteria:

• Participant must be a person living with MS registered with the Ohio Buckeye Chapter
• Other transportation services are not available
• Transportation provider must be pre-approved and arranged through staff at the chapter
• Service provision is dependent on provider availability
• This service has a limited number of trips per person
