Programs & Services

The National MS Society is a collective of passionate individuals who want to do something about MS now. This means we actively raise funds to provide programs and services for people with MS and to fund research to move us closer to a world free of multiple sclerosis. The Ohio Buckeye Chapter of the National MS Society has been serving Ohioans with MS for over 50 years and remains committed to providing education, programs and services that empower you to live a health productive life.

Learn More About MS
We provide timely and accurate information and education about multiple sclerosis not only for people with MS, but also for family members, friends, employers, and health care professionals.

Direct Assistance
An overview of the different programs and services the Ohio Buckeye Chapter provides (i.e. financial, employment, counseling, equipment, vehicle modifications, transportation, home modifications, home care/respite care, self help groups).

Educational Programs
An up-to-date listing of all educational programs (teleconferences, Moving Forward, etc.) offered by the Ohio Buckeye Chapter.

Programs that help people with MS maintain and enhance employment and to explore career options

Wellness & Exercise
Information and resources on exercise and wellness programs around the Ohio Buckeye Chapter.

Emotional Health
Programs to help support and assist people with MS and their families in adapting and coping with the changes that living with multiple sclerosis may bring.

Care Management
Comprehensive support and consultation provided by a case manager to help secure government benefits, long-term care plans, and other assistance.

Lifeline Telephone Assistance
