Self Help Groups bring people together who share a common life experience (living with MS) for support, education and mutual aid. Members share a belief that positive personal change can happen through individual effort with the support of others. Please read each description as focus varies from group to group. Whatever your interest, the Ohio Buckeye Chapter has a group for you!
