Our newly diagnosed program 'Moving Forward' will provide you and your
family with the information necessary to make informed, thoughtful decisions
about your healthcare, help in establishing a partnership with your doctor
and other healthcare providers, and help to begin to establish the support
system that will enhance your ability to cope with the demands of MS.
The 'Moving Forward' program will begin with a doctor explaining what
multiple sclerosis is, how to manage your symptoms and what treatments are available. You will also learn about managing the impact of MS on employment, hear from a person living with MS, the newest research and how the MS Society can be there when you need us.
The cost is $10 (scholarships are available) and the program begins July 11th. The program starts at 9am and ends at 5pm with lunch being provided. Space is limited, so please register now!
