Wipe Out MS
Named for the orange microfiber cloths sold to bring awareness to Multiple Sclerosis, Wipe Out MS donates all profits to the Oklahoma Chapter of the National MS Society. We’re working to communicate awareness in as many ways possible.
WipeOutMS.tel - If you have MS, have a family member or a friend with this disease, or just want to learn more, we’re working to put all the links and information in one place. You can find this on your cell phone or computer. http://wipeoutms.tel/

Robert Foyil - Marathon for MS
Hello, my name is Robert Foyil and I have MS.
I am planning on walking the OKC Memorial Marathon, and am hoping to get 5280 people to pledge to donate $1 for every mile I finish. If you are wondering why 5280 people it is because there is 5280 feet in a mile.
I was diagnosed with MS on Nov 20, 2009. I have had double vision, dizziness with slurred speech, numbness to the waist, random pain in my arms- legs- torso, and right now my facial muscles on my left side won't relax (think of Popeye). I also take a deep muscle shot every Friday, so I don't miss any work during the week because of side-effects. I am lucky; there are thousands of people a lot worse off than I am.
Please, Pledge to donate just $1 per mile, that's only $26 if I can make it to the end.
Thank You,
Robert Foyil
Multiple Sclerosis: Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow has set a goal to raise $2,000 by July 8th.
Goal: Join the Movement!
July 8th 2009 is the first anniversary of my diagnosis of MS. It is an imprint on my life that can never be taken away. I have had good times and bad times, but through it all - I feel blessed to have MS, for I would not have had the opportunities that were presented to share my faith. My motto for everything is 'anything bad can be turned to good, depending on the attitude in which you handle it. The sad thing is that not everyone accepts their disease and not everyone is fully willing to trust God with their disease. I turn 18 this October and by the time I am 18, I hope to have raised enough money for a cure. Your donations are so important and I cannot stress that enough! I know $2000 doesn't seem like it would even dent the amount needed for a cure, but your donations don't just go towards research. Your simple donation may provide another adult, another child with a proper treatment plan! You donations may go towards advertising for future MS events, and through MS events more people raise money! Please Please Please help me stop the devastation of MS with a simple donation. If what I have gone through and the pain I feel daily will help only one person or bring one person closer to God, the only one who can truly turn things from evil to good, then I would go through it all over again in a heartbeat! I don't want another person to hear the life-changing words, 'You have MS.'
