Eight Hours to a Lifetime of Relationship Satisfaction
Oklahoma – The National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society All America and Oklahoma Chapters held a collaborative weekend workshop for couples living with the challenges of MS on February 27 and 28.
The program was held at the Aspen Hotel and Suites in Ft. Smith, Arkansas with more than 20 couples attended the event, including MS clients and their spouses. Guest speaker, Garry D. Teeter, speaks around the state of Arkansas and provides counseling to individuals and families living with MS.
This dynamic program covered topics such as couple enrichment and why it’s important, communication danger signs, talking with your partner about MS challenges, blocks to communication and talking without fighting.
