Tulsa:

EVENT DETAILS:

  • Attention Cyclists from Oklahoma City who plan on taking the bus to Tulsa on Friday, September 25. Here are the details.
         Location: Jim Thorpe Building at State Capitol in Oklahoma City, OK
         Time:  6:00pm to 7:00pm - Packet Pick-up, 7:00pm - Buses Depart from Jim Thorpe Building for Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tulsa, OK, Approx. 8:30pm Buses Arrive at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tulsa, OK
         Remember:  Please leave your vehicle in the parking lot at the Jim Thorpe Building as we will end the ride directly across the street from this lot on Sunday afternoon.
  • Hotel Info for OKC cyclists for Friday, September 25th: Crowne Plaza in Downtown Tulsa (100 E. 2nd Street, Tulsa, OK 74103) Call 918-582-9000, Hotel Rate: $72.00 per night
  • Shuttles will be provided from the hotel to the START location at OSU Tulsa Saturday morning.
  • Breakfast (Day 1): Vernon AME Church at 6:00am
  • Start Line: OSU Tulsa (700 N. Greenwood Ave, Tulsa, OK 74106) at 7:30am
  • Overnight & Team Village: Tilghman Park in Chandler, OK SEE MAP
  • Finish Line & Festivities: State Capitol in Oklahoma City SEE MAP
  • Transportation: We will provide Red Carpet buses to transport cyclists to and from Tulsa and OKC. We will also provide safe and reliable transportation for all bikes to be transported to and from Tulsa and OKC.
  • SAG Support: This is a fully supported ride. We will provide plenty of bike, medical and safety support along the route to ensure the safety of all of our participants.
  • Food: We will provide five full meals on the ride three on Day 1 and two on Day 2.

NOTE: There will be NO camping allowed at the OSU Tulsa campus, so please secure your accommodations as soon as possible for Friday, September 25, 2009.

Ask anyone how much fun they have at the overnight . . . food, beverage, entertainment and more! After registering, you’ll receive everything you need to collect contributions. And with our new online fundraising tools, we’ve made it even easier for your friends and family to contribute to your ride. Raise more then the minimum amount of $200 and you’ll be eligible to win great prizes.

The ride is fully catered and is staffed and supported by incredible volunteers, many who also return year after year for this event. Oklahoma's Bike MS Ride is known for pampering its cyclists!
