Emotional Support

We can help

Emotional Support Programs offered by the Oklahoma Chapter:

  • Peer Support Network: People with MS are trained to help others; volunteers are matched with a client as needed or requested; handled through phone calls or email. If you would like more information on this program or would like to connect a peer support volunteer please email:  sharleen.dupee@oke.nmss.org.
  • Self-Help Groups: Individuals with common issues meet to support each other at monthly meetings; groups are held throughout the state.
  • Buddy Program: Office volunteers match individuals with MS to others who have MS throughout the state. This is done upon request and allows members to communicate via telephone or email.
