YAMS annual Battle of the Bands will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Tulsa Community College Metro Campus in Downtown from 11 to 4 pm. The event brings youth and their families together to watch local bands compete in an awareness event benefiting the Youth Against Multiple Sclerosis program. Youth also volunteer during the event helping with sound, refreshments, set up and clean up.
FIRST PRIZE WINNERS FOR THE 2009 BATTLE OF THE BANDS WILL RECEIVE FREE STUDIO RECORDING TIME and a PROFESSIONAL BAND PHOTO SHOOT!
The BOTB Committee is pleased to announce musician Jason Gilardi, former drummer for the rock band Caroline's Spine, will sit on the 2009 Battle of the Bands judging panel!
