Fitness is for everyone. Even with a neurological disorder like multiple sclerosis, it is possible for people to be fit within the limits of their disability. Exercise can help people feel better and counteract the impact of MS symptoms.
The Oregon Chapter provides referral to community resources, exercise videos and special classes including yoga, aquatics and others. Be sure to check out our lending library for resources.
