Get drug coverage for a full year

The Pennsylvania Attorney General regularly goes after pharmaceutical companies, pharmaceutical benefits managers, and pharmacies around violations of various state laws.  There is a recent $1.6 million settlement that is being used to provide drug coverage (a complete PACE program equivalent benefit) for one year to 500 adults with disabilities who don't have drug coverage, including those in their Medicare 24-month waiting period.

They need help identifying individuals. If you are interested, please contact the Pennsylvania Pharmaceutical Assistance Clearinghouse (run by PACE and Firsthealth) at 1-800-955-0989 and leave your name and number. Be sure to indicate you are an adult with a disability needing prescription coverage.

All callers should expect to get a phone call back the same day.  People apply over the phone and the process should be quick and seamless to get the comprehensive PACE-type prescription drug benefit for one year.
