Vision therapy trial in Philadelphia
Researchers are looking for 30 people with any type of MS and a past history of optic neuritis for a study to determine whether oral nerispirdine can improve visual function. The study is funded by sanofi-aventis.
The primary goal of the study is to determine the effect of nerispirdine on tests that measure the electrical activity of the brain in response to stimulation of optic nerve pathways. This study will involve five visits to the study site.
