Drive MS awareness with a Society license plate
Pennsylvania drivers now can show their support for the 11,000 local people living with MS by purchasing a National MS Society license plate.
To apply for a plate, download and fill out this form (PDF, 353 KB). Send the form and a check for $50 made out to the National MS Society, to:
