Dance/movement therapy is a great way for people dealing with medical and emotional issues related to MS to express themselves. This program can help alleviate fatigue and pain through relaxation exercises and can increase your awareness of your body as a whole. These classes also provide an opportunity to express your feelings about MS and its impact on your life and receive support from other people experiencing similar symptoms. $30 for a 10-week session. Strong at Your Core - Pilates Mat Exercises
Pilates mat exercises focus on strengthening the core muscles from your shoulders to your hips.
