Pennsylvania drivers now can show their support for the 7,050 local people living with MS by purchasing National MS Society license plate.
To apply for a plate, download this form and fill it out. You may be able to type directly into the form before printing. Send it, along with a check for $50 made out to the National MS Society, to:
