Workplace Giving - A Great Way to Support MS
Workplace Giving Programs provide an easy way for you to contribute through payroll deductions and help free the world of MS. All gifts made to the Western Pennsylvania Chapter, National Multiple Sclerosis Society through Workplace Giving are tax deductible.
Public Sector
Federal employees can support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Western Pennsylvania Chapter through the Combined Federal Campaign by selecting the designated code number, #11409, under the Community Health Charities Federation.
Other Public Sector employees, such as state, county, school, etc., will also find our local listing numbers under Community Health Charities.
Private Sector
Your company may have an individual corporate gift program or participate through another workplace giving program such as United Way. Regardless of the program, you may always designate your gift to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Colorado Chapter, through the Donor Designation Program.
Matching Gift Fund
Many companies provide a matching gift for your payroll deduction gift, thereby doubling your support for find a cure for MS. Does your employer have a matching gift fund? If so, be sure to speak with them about matching your gift to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Western Pennsylvania Chapter.
If your employer has established an Employee Contributions Club that funds local grants, let us know. We will be happy to submit a grant request that will help support local MS clients.
Corporate Teams
The Western Pennsylvania Chapter has two signature events: Bike MS and Walk MS that raise significant funds for programs, advocacy and research. Consider forming a corporate team. Recruit co-workers, family and friends and unite to free the world from MS. A team consists of four or more riders and is a great way to build team work and demonstrate community involvement while having a ton of fun!
