Internships Available in Development Department
Student interns are needed in our Nashville and Memphis offices to work independently and with the Development Department staff on donor-based campaigns.
The student intern will be responsible for assisting with overall development, fundraising, promotions, monitoring of budgets and logistics, developing relationships with donors, enhancing contribution averages and helping to benefit the National MS Society. The intern will also be required to participate in other events and programs associated with the Chapter. Hours are flexible, averaging 15-20 hours/per week. Those wishing to apply must be detail oriented, flexible, cheerful, professional, enthusiastic, self-motivated, well organized, and possess solid oral and written skills. The position requires proficiency in commonly-used basic office software systems (database, word publishing, spreadsheets and desk-top publishing).
