The Clinical Advisory Committee (CAC) is a multi-disciplinary committee of health care professionals, including neurologists, psychologists, physicians, Allied Health professionals and others involved in health and research.
This committee provides expertise into the health, medical and psychological needs of persons living with MS, as well as education of medical professionals. The Clinical Advisory Committee advises local boards and works closely with Lone Star staff. Committee members participate and consult in all phases of the affiliation process. This vital committee also develops strategies to increase the number of health care professionals interested in providing care to people living with MS.
