People living with MS benefit from the help of knowledgeable, dedicated volunteers.
- The Lone Star Programs Committee is comprised of volunteers from the Lone Star community.
- The Clinical Advisory Committee is comprised of volunteer health care professionals from the medical community.
Both committees advise, recommend and help plan programs to meet the health, personal and social needs of persons with MS and their families.
The Clinical Advisory Committee also cooperates with and advises the chapter about professional education programs. It serves as the medical and professional voice on MS to the community.
With the efforts of these committees, Lone Star can offer quality programs for people affected by multiple sclerosis.
