Community Activism

User Options:

What issues face people with multiple sclerosis in your community? Accessibility in public places? Transportation for people with disabilities? Access to quality, affordable health care or other important services? We provide resources, support and information you need to be an MS activist. Community activism produces self-reliant, self-sustaining communities that mobilize resources for the benefit of their members.

Are there issues within your community which prevent you from living your best life? Contact Alicia Barron to join our community activism efforts today!

Neighbor to Neighbor Program

Neighbor to Neighbor is a program that matches Texans with MS with volunteers in their communities. Persons with MS are connected with volunteers who can assist with much-needed tasks such as yard work and grocery shopping. We launched the program in New Braunfels, Pearland, Plano and Round Rock.
