Virtual: Make your mark anywhere!
You don’t always have to come to us to join the movement. There are plenty of ways you can support our mission from your own home. Many of the skill-based volunteer opportunities can be done from anywhere using your own equipment and resources. While there is an unlimited number of things you could do from home to support our mission, currently we have the following needs:
- Data Entry: We need assistance in entering data and matching online gifts. Training will be provided, but anyone with a home computer, internet connection, and attention to detail can assist in this area.
- Graphic Design: Design logos and imagery or help tailor established Society templates for our events and programs. Volunteers need experience and access to the Adobe Creative Suite, but this is a project that can be done in your own time and location.
- Art Projects: Whether it is making cards with your family for people living with MS or creating craft projects for our campers, there are plenty of creative things you can do for the mission from your own home.
- Action Alert: Sign up to be an MS Advocate and receive our action alerts. Periodically you will receive requests to contact legislators by e-mail, phone or written communications regarding important public policy issues. Requests are sent out by e-mail and include background information on the issues, clear instructions and sample communication to help members take action.
