Texas Panhandle Residents take MS Issues to Austin
MS Activists recently attended the Texas Public Policy Conference in Austin. They visited with their district representatives and senators to discuss issues such as Support for Family Caregivers, the Texas Health Insurance Risk Pool and Improving Private Health Coverage. Representative John Smithee (District 86) agreed to sponsor HB2064 which addresses changes in the law to make the Texas Health Insurance Risk Pool more affordable for Texans.
