Groups vary their meeting schedules at times so please call the contact person before going to a meeting to confirm time and location. Women Only Group
Meets every third Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm at the National MS Society office

Stay at Home Self Help Group will meet the third Wednesday of each month at 11 central time, or r10 mountain time. Whether it's the heat, a rural town, or simply not wanting to leave the house, this is a time for YOU! The NEW call in number is 888 346-3659, passcode 46852#. This group is not appropriate for newly diagnosed.

Movers and Shakers Self Help Group A new group open to everyone who has MS and a guest. It will meet the last Saturday of the month from 2 - 4 PM.
