Ashlee Buxton
Ashlee Buxton

Graduate of Timpanogos High School and will be attending UVU in the fall of 2009 with a major in Early Childhood Care and Education

Future plans: Ashlee would like to have a daycare and preschool in her own home one day since she loves taking care of children and they seem to flock to her.

How MS has touched her life: This is a disease that we never expected to have as a part of our lives, especially at such a young age. Ashlee had a very difficult year when she was first diagnosed but since then is doing great! She had to work extra hard to graduate from High School due to missing so much school. She also has a learning disability that adds to things but she was determined to walk with her class and graduate on time and has done it! She appreciates life so much more than she did before her diagnosis and has such a positive attitude with lots of dreams. She is determined to not let this disease get her down and lives each day to the fullest! She is a happy young woman and hopes to have a positive influence on others with this disease as well and is determined that a cure will be found in her life time.
