Moving is who we are, inside and out. We move, our bodies and minds in constant conversation and no matter how much we do it, it is never enough. We know this to the core that as long as there is breathing there is moving to be done. People with MS understand something about moving that is hard for most of us to comprehend; that moving is not a guarantee.
No one can deny that movement is much of who we are. This is why the Hampton Roads Chapter offers a wide range of educational programs that will help those with MS cope with the everyday challenges of living with a multiple sclerosis, and likewise, fun programs that those with MS can enjoy with their family and friends
