- Volunteer Coordinators - Each day (3-4) Check in all volunteers and handout t-shirts and prizes.
- Registration - Each day (35-40) Check-in the walkers, hand out t-shirts and other duties as assigned.
- Rest Stops - (4-5 per stop) Serve water, food, and good cheer to walkers.
- Food Finish - Each day (15) Help set up tables and food. Congratulate walkers, serve pizza, drinks, desserts. Can be reg. volunteers.
- Route Markers - Each day (3-4 people with pick up trucks or vans) Place signs to guide walkers along the route. Will require hammering and stapling.
- Sign Sweep - Each day (2 people with truck or van) follow behind last walker and remove route markers, stakes, etc.
- Clean up Crew - Each day (20) Break down tables, chairs, dispose all trash and help load supply trucks.
