Ms. Preston is the Seattle Managing Director for the law firm of Garvey Schubert Barer in Seattle.
She focuses her practice in the labor and employment area. She assists clients with respect to the full spectrum of labor and employment matters, including litigating employment disputes, advising clients on the myriad of labor and employment issues which arise in a business context, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. She regularly presents training seminars on labor and employment topics.
Ms. Preston has been named by her peers as one of Washington's "Super Lawyers" in Washington Law & Politics magazine every year since 2000. She was selected as one of the Top 50 Women Washington "Super Lawyers" in 2007 and 2008. She is listed in Chambers USA as one of America's Leading Lawyers.
