Elizabeth Pelley, Vice President, PPO Client and Network Services joined First Choice Health Network in January 1999. First Choice is the largest independently owned Preferred Provider Organization in the state of Washington with over 26,000 medical providers and 1,000 facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Her professional background includes 25 years in information services and technology, with 12 years focused in healthcare technology. In her current position with First Choice, she oversees the operations of provider relations, provider credentialing, reimbursement operations, and payor relations.Prior to joining First Choice Health, Elizabeth spent 12 years in software development and project management of multi-million dollar software initiatives for major manufacturing and transportation industries.
