We are the primary resource for MS information for professionals. Our ultimate goal in educating and partnering with healthcare professionals is to enhance the access and quality of care available to people with MS. It is critical that medical professionals have access to the most recent and accurate research, treatment options and data about MS available.

Clinical Trials:
Clinical trials are studies to determine if a treatment is safe and effective for MS. These studies can offer people with MS an opportunity to actively participate in the effort to end the devastating effects of this disease - but these studies must be conducted carefully to ensure the validity of the results. Here we provide resources for participating in studies, the latest news/results, and information about clinical research funded by the National MS Society. Download information about clinical trials. There are currently a variety of research studies being conducted in our chapter area. Learn more about these clinical trials.
Insurance difficulties for people with MS:
People with MS often encounter difficulties with coverage for their Disease Modifying Therapies. The National MS Society works to ensure that people living with MS have equal access to all Disease Modifying Therapies. If your patients are encountering difficulties with their prescriptions, please have them notify us by calling 1-800-344-4867 or email us.
