This page is a new addition to our website. We will be adding referrals to this list as we continue to research local places to exercise and identify qualified instructors throughout our Chapter. The exercise instructors and classes below are not sponsored by the National MS Society; however we feel they may be of interest to people living with MS.
Every exercise instructor listed on this page has experience working with adaptive populations, is knowledgeable about MS and provides exercise programming suitable for those with disabilities. We have carefully selected these referrals keeping people with MS in mind. We hope you will make use of this community exercise list, and please feel free to provide us with feedback about these resources.
Please review the disclaimer before signing up for any non-National MS Society programs or industry sponsored promotional programs.
