Our exercise programs provide an opportunity for people with MS to participate in a therapeutic recreational activity while gaining physical, emotional and social benefits. All of our classes are:

- Accessible
- The majority are free for people living with multiple sclerosis

Aquatics Programs
Aquatics promotes strength, stamina and flexibility, and helps to prevent or minimize symptomatic complaints such as muscle fatigue, weakness, and spasticity.
Participation in aquatics programs acts as a form of stress management and helps to maximize independent functioning. Everyone can participate. The ability to swim is not required, only the desire to improve yourself, have fun and make friends.

Therapeutic Movement/Dance
Would you like to increase your strength, stamina and range of motion? Then join us for this fitness class that involves easy, slow movement set to music. You can participate while sitting or standing.

Yoga Programs
Yoga can be performed seated or standing, and has been proven to calm the nervous system and increase serenity, focus, and a sense of well-being. Each class incorporates a combination of stretching and low-impact exercise to produce positive results in the health of people with various physical illnesses. Our yoga instructors teach the value of deep concentration on a variety of relaxation, coordination, balance and stress reduction techniques.
