Find comfort and strength with your peers as you learn, cope, laugh, and celebrate the challenges and successes of living with MS. More than 25 self-help groups across Western and Central Washington give people with MS and their loved ones the chance to meet regularly for educational and social purposes. Self-help group members share a belief that positive personal change can happen through individual effort with the support of others.
Groups sponsored by the Greater Washington Chapter are facilitated by trained volunteers who are committed to helping others and have personal experience with MS.
