MS in the Northwest

For unknown reasons, the Pacific Northwest has one of the highest incidences of MS in the world. To better understand why, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is supporting research into triggering or risk factors that influence whether a person develops the disease. These efforts should help to bring researchers closer to identifying a possible cause of MS and should bolster programs and advocacy on behalf of people who have the disease.
