Donating to the Wisconsin Chapter
Pick the way of giving that’s best for you.
Creating a world free of multiple sclerosis requires the support of thousands of Wisconsin residents like you whose donations help the more than 10,000 children, women and men in the state diagnosed with MS as well as those who love and care for them.
Your contribution will help fund cutting-edge research, provide programs and services, drive change through advocacy and facilitate professional education. With nearly 84 cents of every dollar going directly to the mission, you can give in confidence knowing that you will make a difference.
Make a Donation to the Wisconsin Chapter: Make a one-time contribution, multi-year pledge, end-of-year gift or transfer of stock.
Make a Mark for MS: Contribute to the Society through the “Donations” section of your Wisconsin state income tax form. 100% of your contribution stays in-state.
Support research: Make a restricted gift to help drive advances in MS research.
Tributes and Memorials: Distinguish a loved one with a gift made in memory or in honor of him or her.
Support Event Participant: Donate to a participant in one of the Chapter’s signature fundraising events such as Walk MS, Bike MS, Challenge Walk MS, MS Snowmobile Tour, MuckFest and others.
Join the Golden Circle: Contributing $1,000 or more makes you part of the Golden Circle, patrons who are recognized for their special dedication to a world free of MS. Members receive unique benefits including access to breaking research news and invitations to special events.
Planned Giving: Make a gift through a bequest, charitable gift annuity, trust or other estate planning tool; and learn how doing so qualifies you for the Society’s esteemed Lawry Circle.
Workplace Giving: Make regular donations to the Society through automatic payroll deductions. The Chapter is a member of Community Health Charities, and contributions can also be made through United Way’s Donor Choice program or, for Federal employees, through the Combined Federal Campaign.
Foundations: Support the Society through your family or corporate foundation.
Contributions to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (where no goods or services were received) are tax deductible to the extent of the law.
