WORKPLACE GIVING - A Great Way to Support MS
Public Sector | Private Sector | Matching Gift Fund | United Way
Find out how asking a simple question can change a life.
Workplace Giving Programs provide an easy way for you to make your contributions to help support the fight against Multiple Sclerosis. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society partners with Community Health Charities in both the public and private sector. You will find our listing under the Community Health Charities Federation. If you don’t find us, ask your employer to add our name. If you have any additional questions about your contribution, please call the chapter office.
Public Sector
Federal employees can support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through the Combined Federal Campaign by selecting the designated code number, #11409, under the Community Health Charities Federation.
Other Public Sector employees, such as state, county, school, etc., will also find our local listing numbers under Community Health Charities.
Private Sector
Your company may have an individual corporate gift program or participate through the Community Health Charities Federation or United Way. In most areas we do not participate in the United Way, but you may ask if you can designate your gift to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through the Donor Designation Program.
Matching Gift Fund
Does your employer have a matching gift fund? If so, be sure to speak with them about matching your gift to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
If your employer has established an Employee Contributions Club that funds local grants, let us know. We will be happy to submit a grant request that will help support the local MS clients.
United Way
United Way payroll deductions can be directed to us through the donor choice program. Simply ask your United Way contact at work for a Donor Designation Form and write in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Wisconsin Chapter. Some companies require you to submit a special form for "choice" yearly.
All gifts made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through Workplace Giving are tax deductible.
