Multiple sclerosis (MS) can have a big impact on the family budget. With that in mind, the purpose of this program is to help those families with children under 18 years of age provide a brighter holiday for their children. To qualify, a parent or guardian must have MS. If you know of a family that may qualify and is interested, please ask them to contact the Wisconsin Chapter. The program provides funding for families in need of assistance with children to make the holidays special. Funding provides a dollar amount for each child in the family which can be used for gifts for the child or family necessities. Names of potential families are collected throughout the year. Membership is solicited for recommendations of families as well as for donations to the program. Gift cards are usually mailed out first week in December.
Applications are mailed the second week of October.
