Tucked into the rolling foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, start your summer with this scenic ride through Limestone County and beyond!

Beginning in Athens, Alabama, our 25, 45, 75, and 100 mile fully supported route options take cyclists along the cyclist-friendly and well-marked Noah Bike Trail and even into the southern boundary of the state of Tennessee in this breathtaking, one day ride. There are fully stocked rest stops every 8-12 miles with stationed volunteers who'll cheer you on and make every stop fun.

With the Athens-Limestone Hospital Wellness Center as our host site, enjoy breakfast at this great, athletic facility and hot showers post-ride. End the day with a relaxing massage. Then, eat as many hamburgers and hot dogs made to order at our post-ride cookout as you’d like!
