2013 Walk MS Awards, Prizes, Perks, and More

The National MS Society, Alabama-Mississippi Chapter would not be able to
fund ground-breaking research as well as provide program and services for the 6,300 people we serve without the amazing work of our Walk MS fundraisers.

Over 1/3 of the Alabama-Mississippi Chapter's annual revenue is generated
through our 13 Walk MS events.

In appreciaton of all of our Top Fundraisers across Alabama and Mississippi,
we would like to give a little something back!

2013 Walk MS Awards

Based on your individual or team's level of fundraising, you will recieve:

Day of Event:

Each individual who raises $100 or more will recieve the "official" Alabama-Mississippi Chapter Walk MS t-shirt on the day of the Walk

Wrap Up Celebration:

Walk MS Wrap Up Celebrations will be 8-10 weeks after the walk. Fundraising totals for these awards will be totaled 7 weeks after the walk allowing you additional time to fundraise.

The following awards will be presented at the celebration:

$500 to $999 (Individual award) - "Star Performer" Award

$1,000 -$9,999 (Individual award) - "Elite Fundraising" Award

$10,000 and up - "Platinum Fundraising" Award

$2,500 and up (Team award) - $2,500+ Fundraising Club

Annual Meeting:

The Alabama-Mississippi Chapter's Annual Meeting will be held in October 2013.

$2,300 (Mississippi) Mission Possible - commemorative "Mission Possible" plaque; award based on raising $1 for each person in the state of Mississippi living with MS

$4,100 (Alabama) Mission Possible - commemorative "Mission Possible" plaque; award based on raising $1 for each person in the state of Alabama living with MS

Tour of Champions:

Tour of champions is a expense-paid trip for top individual fundraisers to enjoy with other top individual fundraisers in the Southeast Region. Tour of Champions will take place in the Winter of 2014.

$5,000+ - Invitation to attend Tour of Champions
$10,000+ - Invitation to attend Tour of Champions + Guest
