Wellness–How to live well with MS
Being well involves finding time both to exercise and to enjoy leisure activities. The chapter can help you identify ways to accomplish both of these goals. Take care of yourself physically and emotionally.
Exercise
We encourage you to take advantage of different exercise classes throughout the chapter area. Exercise is one of the best strategies for optimizing health and quality of life regardless of your ability level. We can also assist you in locating and accessing exercise classes in your area that are appropriate for people with MS. Check the offerings available in your community by viewing the calendar.

Emotional Health and Recreation
The chapter offers people with MS and their families social and recreational programs to include education, relaxation, and the opportunity to network with other families. Please visit the calendar of events in your local community to find out about upcoming opportunities.
