Whether someone is newly diagnosed or has been living with MS for some time, we offer a variety of customized programs that promote and encourage positive lifestyle choices that improve wellness and independence and address of continuum of interests and needs.

Through our programs participants discover how to reclaim a sense of well-being and reinvent their approach to life with MS: “Living Well,” “Cognifit,” “Free From Falls,” along with other community based programs we conduct throughout Arizona.
The Arizona Chapter provides a number of exercise programs annually throughout the state. Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pilates and Water Aerobics classes are available in six to eight class sessions. For an up to date listing of exercise programs and locations, visit the Arizona Chapter calendar.
Learning and Connecting with Others
We keep lives moving forward by providing timely and accurate information to anyone who would like to know more about MS. We offer a host of opportunities to learn and connect to others: Social Programs and Support Groups, The MS Resource Center; Literature/Lending Library; Knowledge is Power; Learn Online; Educational Workshops and Teleconference Series.
We offer a wide variety of social groups as well including
- The 20s/30s Squad made up of a special group for men and women in their 20s and 30s who are affected by MS.
- Boys Night Out is a special group just for men who are affected by MS.
- No Boys Allowed is a special group just for women who are affected by MS.
