Whether you are new to cycling or in need of expert advice and opinions, you will find exciting topics at our Bike MS clinics to assist you with your preparations for this year's ride.

February 11, 2009 Teams – Recruiting, Fundraising, Awards, Team Village, Idea Sharing, and FUN (COMPLETED - see notes below)
March 11, 2009 Fundraising – Tools, Tips and Ideas, including using your Participant Center (COMPLETED - see notes below)
April 22, 2009 - Bike MS Safety & Training Clinic - Riding safely, training for longer rides, nutrition for cyclists, cycling skills and more!
Join The Colorado Chapter of The National MS Society, Bicycle Colorado, JDS Sport Coaching, Clif Bar, and the Great –West Life Bike MS Colorado’s Ride 2009 Presented by Sam’s Club for a comprehensive Cycling Training clinic. This program is designed to help get you prepared for this Summer’s Bike MS Ride. The evening will feature interactive presentations including: cycling training and skills, ride preparation information, nutrition, and prize drawings. This program is designed for all riders. A light dinner will be provided.
