CSU On-Campus Lodging Information

Enjoy the ease and convenience of a CSU on-campus room! No waiting for hotel shuttles - you can take a nice hot shower after a long day on the bike and be back at the Beer Garden before the hotel guests have even checked into their rooms!

"I really didn't know what to expect from the CSU on-campus rooms (it's been years since I lived in a dorm room!) but they were so nice - comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. The price and convenience sealed the deal for me!" - Ann M.

UPDATE 4/4/12 CSU has opened up an additional 100 air-conditioned double rooms with private bathrooms. You and your roommate MUST register at the same time to ensure rooms are assigned properly.

All lodging includes bed linens, pillows, blankets, and one towel per person.

We have had so much early interest in Bike MS this year that most of the partner hotel rooms have already been reserved. Bike MS staff has been diligently working to track down more hotel rooms for Bike MS participants.

There is availability at the Motel 6 at 3900 East Mulberry St., and we have added this hotel to the shuttle route. Please contact them directly at (800) 466-8356 to reserve a room.

We also have a small number of rooms reserved at the Super 8 (on shuttle route; smoking rooms only; $99/night) and America's Best Value and Budget Host hotels (NOT on shuttle route) in Fort Collins. Please call Susan Fleming at 303-698-5432 or email susan.fleming@nmss.org to reserve one of these rooms.

Don't Need a Shuttle?
If you have friends or family driving up to Fort Collins to volunteer, join in the fun as a Virtual Participant, or just to cheer you across the finish line, there are some very nice hotels in the Loveland area, a short 15 minute drive to the CSU campus. These hotels are NOT on the Bike MS shuttle routes, so you will need to arrange your own transportation to/from CSU.

As we get closer to the event date, more rooms may become available at the partner hotels listed below (there are two other large events in town that same weekend who are also blocking off rooms for their anticipated attendees). You may also find availability by searching online travel sites such as Expedia, Orbitz, Hotels.com, etc.

Shuttles will only be provided to partner hotels – if you stay at a different hotel, you will be responsible for your own transportation.
