The Amazing Tent Race!
What will your address be in the Team Tent Village at Bike MS: Express Scripts Gateway Getaway Ride? Earn the privilege to pick your tent location during the Amazing Tent Race! Get your team to at least the size that it was in 2009 and earn the privilege to pick your team tent ‘address’ at Bike MS when you turn in your Tent Reservation Form!
How to qualify: Teams qualify when the number of 2010 team members is greater than or equal to the number of team members in 2009.
How it works: Teams that have qualified each week will be notified on Mondays during the Amazing Tent Race that they may now pick the location of their team tent. An updated map of spots claimed/available will be uploaded each week to the website.
The competition runs through August 11th. The earlier you register your team members the better location you’ll have!

Q. How do I know how many cyclists were on my team last year?
A. Monthly emails are sent to all team captain that include your team roster from 2009 and your 2010 team roster. If you have further questions about your team's roster, please contact a development staff member at 314-781-9020.
Q. If I don’t qualify to pick my tent location can I still have a team tent at Bike MS?
A. Yes, you may still reserve a team tent for Bike MS. You will be placed in an available spot by staff after the end of the competition.
Q. How much does it cost to reserve a team tent? What sizes are available?
A. Several tent sizes are available to accommodate your team. Cost varies by tent size.

Q. Can I pick my tent spot before turning in my Team Tent Reservation Form?
A. No, reservations will not be accepted without a Tent Reservation Form.
Q. I think my team has qualified but I haven’t been notified. What do I do?
A. Please contact the office immediately and we will be happy to check your status in the competition.
Simply fill out the team tent reservation form and email it to Erin Holtzclaw at erin.holtzclaw@gatewaymssociety.org by Wednesday, August 11, 201o. Your spot in Tent City will be waiting to be occupied and will be marked with your team’s name. This year we will also have a new contest for best decorated tent - so be creative!
