ACCESSING MY PARTICIPATION CENTER
STEP 1: From the BP MS 150 homepage, select My Participant Center.
STEP 2: Enter User-name and password to access the center
CUSTOMIZE YOUR PAGE (OPTIONAL)
STEP 1: From My Participant Center select the Personal Page button.
STEP 2: Select #2 ("Edit the content of this page") to open the page for editing. Save your changes before you log out. Utilize this page to:
- Change the template
- Edit the font and color scheme
- Upload photos and change the text for your personal page. Need some inspiration? Click Here.
STEP 3: All photo images must be JPEG files smaller than 200KB. To pick a photo from your picture library, click on the browse button to begin your search. After you have selected your photo, click on the upload image button to complete the selection.
STEP 4: To edit the text on your personal page, click in the text box and begin typing. After you have made your changes, save them.
STEP 1: From My Participant Center, select the Address Book button. You can upload your address book from:
STEP 2: Search for the file you’re adding, select the browse button.
STEP 3: Once you have selected the correct file, click on the Upload Now button.
STEP 1: From My Participant Center, select the My Progress button. You can view graphs of your progress as well as a list of donations
STEP 1: From My Participant Center, select the Email button.
STEP 2: Select the type of email you want to send. You can use our template emails or customize your own personal message. From this section you can send emails to potential donors:
- Solicit donations
- Give your donors updates
- Send thank you emails to those that have already donated.
STEP 3: Add email addresses
STEP 4: Select the layout of your email. You can choose different headers to make your email look professional and colorful or just choose blank.
STEP 5: Optional - You can choose to customize your email or simply send the template we have provided.
STEP 6: Save and Send! Track the donations as they start coming in and follow up under the Follow Ups tab at the top of the page.
There are two ways to use an e-donate link:
-Your personal donation link (e-donate link) will automatically be included in your email when sent through the participant center.
-Customize then copy and paste your e-donate link. Don’t forget to save your work!
STEP 1: After accessing your Participant Center, locate the Update personal URLs link (in the colored area on the right side of the page) and click it.
STEP 2: Enter the Text for the Personalized Web Address
Click into the personalized Web address field and type the text you want to use (such as your name or nickname). You may only use letters and numbers as well as the the period (.), dash (-), and underscore (_) characters from your keyboard. To avoid problems, do not leave any spaces between your entry.
STEP 3: Save!
STEP 4: Copy and paste the link into an email or an email signature!
