Toyota Packet Pick-Up
Each participant must attend a scheduled Packet Pick-Up prior to the ride to:
- Turn in a Signed Waiver Form
- Riders under the age of 18 must have a Waiver Form signed by a parent or guardian. The Waiver MUST be NOTARIZED before attending a Packet Pick-Up. Notary services are not available at any Packet Pick-Up.
- Parents/guardians of riders 12-17 years old must pick up their minors’ rider numbers along with their own so the parent-minor numbers can be linked in our system.
- Collect a Rider Packet.
- No packet will be distributed to individuals who have not fulfilled their minimum pledge requirement from a previous Lone Star Chapter event.
- No packets are distributed on either day of the event.
- Submit any pledges, but not required ($400 minimum required pledge due May 19.)
- Receive a goodie bag, T-shirt and Champions bandana.
- You may collect a registered rider’s packets on their behalf with their signed Wavier Form.
- REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. YOU MAY NOT RIDE IN SOMEONE ELSE’S PLACE.

How to Use Your Rider Numbers
Enclosed in your Rider Packet are the following items:
- Rider number plate to attach to handlebars
- Adhesive rider number for front of helmet
- Large rider number bib to attach to the back of your jersey with safety pins (Note: Participants MUST complete the required medical information on the back of this rider bib)
- Wrist bracelet for Saturday and Sunday meals
- Adhesive luggage tags (to place around your luggage handles – 2 pcs)
Participants MUST complete the required medical information on the back of the large rider number.
Your rider number must be attached to the front of your handlebars and clearly visible. Adhere the helmet number sticker to the front of your helmet; this is the primary source of ID for your official Tour photo. Brightroom, the Official Tour Photographer, will identify participants based on rider numbers. Brightroom, will send each rider a free photo proof from the Tour, provided the rider has his or her number in place for identification.
Teams at Toyota Packet Pick Ups
Teams picking up for more that 10 riders are elligible for a Team pick-up at a general, scheduled Packet Pick-Up. Please contact Nicole Townley ntownley@nmsslonestar.org Two WEEKS prior to the Packet Pick-Up to make arrangements to turn in signed Wavier Forms, and collect Rider Packets, specific sized T-shirts, Champions bandanas and goodie bags.
