Accommodations

Get a great night sleep before and during the ride. Choose from a variety of options from No Star to Four Star accommodations. Pick something that fits your style and make arrangements EARLY. Spaces fill-up and rooms sell-out months in advance. Remember, riders are responsible for arranging accommodations during the BP MS 150.

FRIDAY - Houston
Riders may make hotel reservations directly with the Omni Houston Westside Hotel at 281-558-8338; ask for the special BP MS 150 rate. On Saturday morning free shuttle bus service will be available from the Omni Houston Westside Hotel to Tully Stadium only. Shuttle service is not available to Rhodes Stadium in Katy or to the third start in Waller, TX.

When the Omni sells out, contact the Crowne Plaza on Hwy. 6 and Park Row, the Courtyard Marriott Houston I-10 West on I-10 West and Dairy Ashford or the Hilton Garden Inn. No shuttle is available to any of the stadiums Saturday morning from these hotels.

SATURDAY - La Grange & Surrounding Areas

Corporate Village

Stay in the Corporate Village at the Fayette County Fairgrounds, if your team has an assigned tent. If not, free camping is available on the fairgrounds.

RV/Camper/Trailer

RV/Camper/Trailer parking is on a first come, first served basis on Thursday and Friday only from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Do not try to park prior to THURSDAY as you will not have access. There are no RV hook-ups on site. This means no electrical, no water, and no waste disposal. All RVs/Campers/Trailers must be removed from the Fairgrounds by 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Carry-In Tent Camping is also available in the baseball field next to the main bike compound and behind the Czech Amphitheater.

If the Fayette County Fairgrounds overnight camping area is full, stay at City Park or White Rock City Park.

City Park

City Park is located two blocks west of the Knights of Columbus Parking Lot. It is a lovely small park under the river bridge. There are no indoor restroom facilities, but Port-O-Lets are available. There are large grassy areas for camping with limited hard surface parking. There are no water, electricity or RV hook-ups. Directions: Take Hwy 71 westbound to Hwy 77, turn left and continue into downtown La Grange. Hwy 71 becomes Jefferson Street; turn right at Travis Street and continue to the bridge. Exit to the left of the bridge and follow to park area.

White Rock City Park

White Rock City Park is located east of the La Grange High School. There are limited indoor restroom facilities, but Port-O-Lets are available. Large grassy areas for campers are available with limited hard surface parking. There are no water, electricity or RV hook-ups. Directions: Take Hwy 71 westbound to FM159, turn left and continue to Ellinger Road/Business Hwy 71 to Eblin Street. At Eblin Street, turn right and continue to Mode Lane, then turn left. Continue on Mode Lane, staying to the right; eventually the road ends at White Rock City Park.

La Grange Area

For participants who decide not to camp, a free shuttle service is available to and from select hotels, motels, and bed and breakfasts in the La Grange area Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Riders are responsible for their own transportation to and from accommodations not covered by the shuttle service.

Sunday - Austin

For Austin accommodations on Sunday participants are encouraged to make plans to stay at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown. Call 1-800-The-OMNI to ask for the BP MS 150 rate.
