What are the differences?
.eps - is best to use if you want to put the logo on a shirt or jersey (the file doesn't lose quality when enlarged)
.png - is best if you want to put it online on a colored background (the background is typically transparent in the image)
.jpg - is best if you want to put in online on a plain white background
