Living Well with MS is an extraordinary program designed to help you discover what you can do to positively impact your health and well-being. This online class offers you information on ways to better manage MS and its symptoms, to develop healthy eating habits and the role nutrition plays in MS, to design an exercise program specifically for you, and to increase your ability to cope with the diagnosis.
Living Well with MS is a 12-week, wellness class designed specifically for those living well with MS who want to continue to enhance their overall health and well-being. This class will help you better understand MS and develop ways to help diminish the effects of the disease. The course is offered online and blends web-based learning with fun and interactive activities, discussions with others and connections to many current resources.
As part of this course you will:
- Gain access each week to a new, highly interactive module that contains a wealth of information on topics including treatment options, symptom management, career and employment, relationships and much more.
- Have open access to dedicated MS health experts, including a MS-specialty neurologist, nurse, dietician, psychologist, and a certified exercise specialist.
- Network with fellow participants in a confidential and comfortable environment. Share and learn first-hand experiences from each other.
- Have a unique opportunity to join teleconferences led by our MS health experts, to ask questions and receive advice in a relaxed and informal setting.
