Self-Help Groups usually meet on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, and fulfill a valuable role in addressing the informational, emotional and social support needs of group members.

At-home teleconference group

Newly Diagnosed Phone Group
An 8-week evening group will begin soon. A professional counselor will facilitate this group for people diagnosed in the last two years, who are looking for accurate MS information in addition to fantastic emotional support. Guest speakers include an MS neurologist and an employment specialist.
Living with the Challenges of MS
An 8-week afternoon group will begin soon. This group is designed for those who are facing significant challenges and disability surrounding their MS diagnosis. This convenient phone group offers professional support and a great way to connect with others who may be feeling isolated and alone, and have difficulties leaving home.
